Biography

Soror Jasmine Ervin is an entrepreneur, educator, and mental health advocate who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of others. Jasmine is a Dallas, TX native who began her career in education where she served a decade as an instructor, administrator,and advisor. With a Masters in Psychology and Masters in Professional Counseling, she then went on to obtain her licenses in Professional Counseling and Chemical Dependency Counseling in which she has served in the mental health field for the past four years. Her experience has allowed her to support various hospitals across North Texas in addition to her being the proud CEO of Revive Therapy and Consulting Services, PLLC since 2024 and Clinical Manager for an outpatient facility.

Jasmine joined Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc, Spring 2019 via the Alpha Omicron Sigma Alumnae Chapter in Dallas, TX and has hit the ground running in her service to the organization locally, regionally, and internationally. She is a proud member of the Nu Pi Sigma Alumnae Chapter located in Denton, TX and is proud to serve currently as the Southwestern Region Anti-Grammateus (Recording Secretary) since 2022 where she has been instrumental in maintaining accurate records and facilitating effective communication amongst members both locally and internationally to ensure the smooth operation of the organization.

With a strong belief in service and leadership, Soror Ervin continues to inspire her peers through her dedication to the sorority’s values and her unwavering support for community engagement. She looks forward to further serving Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc and making a lasting impact.

Affiliate Support-Provided optimal training to Philo Affiliates across the sisterhood in collaboration with International Philo Recording Secretary. Facilitated workshops for Rhoers to enhance overall growth and development for future career planning.

Boule and Regional Conference-Supported and executed four Regional Conferences by providing real-time transcription with successful recitation and approval of conference minutes prior to the adjournment of business. Supported three Boule conferences to ensure smooth execution of business meetings.

Top 22 Under 40- Identified as Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc  2024 “Top 22 Under 40” which honors black women redefining greatness and breaking barriers work.
